DESCRIPTION:LAREDO, TX – The City of Laredo Parks & Recreation Department is thrilled to announce the return of the 3rd Annual Laredo Marathon, set for Sunday, November 16, 2025. The highly anticipated Boston-qualifying event continues to grow in excitement, community participation, and athletic excellence, welcoming runners from across the region and beyond.\nThis year’s event invites participants of all levels to challenge themselves in one of three divisions:\n\nFull Marathon (26.2 miles) – Fee: $90.00\nHalf Marathon (13.1 miles) – Fee: $45.00\nMarathon Relay (Team of 2)\n\nFor the month of October – Fee: $90\nFrom 11/01/2025 to 11/14/2025 – Fee: $100\nOn 11/15/2025 – Fee: $110\n\n\n\nRegistration for all categories is now open until October 31, 2025, and is available for individuals aged 16 and older. All races will begin at 7:00 a.m. on race day. Both residents and non-residents are welcome to register for the same rate.\nThe Laredo Marathon is USATF Certified (Full TX23037LAB and Half TX24001LAB) and proudly recognized as a Boston Marathon Qualifier, ensuring a world-class standard for participants seeking competitive advancement.\nWhat began as a local challenge has evolved into a city-wide celebration of perseverance, wellness, and unity. The City of Laredo and the Parks & Recreation Department continue to foster an event that not only promotes physical fitness but also showcases the heart and hospitality of Laredo.\nAs runners take to the streets, families, businesses, and community members are encouraged to come out, cheer, and celebrate every step of the way.
