DESCRIPTION:Presentation of the children’s book “SpiderBoy”, written by Lic. Víctor Manuel Olguín Loza, an author from Ciudad Fernández, San Luis Potosí, Mexico, Laredo’s sister city since 2024.\nThis event is a collaborative effort between the Municipal Tourism and International Relations Office of Ciudad Fernández, the Laredo Public Library, and the International Relations Coordination of the City of Laredo Convention & Visitors Bureau. Together, we aim to strengthen our cultural and educational ties through this meaningful binational initiative.\nThe presentation will be held on October 29 and 30, 2025, at 4:00 p.m. in the Joe A. Guerra Laredo Public Library Multipurpose Room (1120 E. Calton Road & McPherson).\nSpiderBoy shares a powerful message that true heroism comes from empathy, love, and family, offering Laredo’s youth an inspiring cross-cultural experience.\nAdmission is free, and families are encouraged to attend with their children dressed as their favorite superheroes!\n
