DESCRIPTION:Laredo Looks to Advance to Conference Championship in the Premier Division of the UPSL\nAfter a two-week break after their last regular season league game, the Laredo Heat U23’s will be hosting one of two United Premier Soccer League (UPSL) Texas Central Conference Semifinal Games this Saturday, December 6, 2025 when they take on 210 FC (San Antonio), the other matchup pits FC Brownsville and SA Athletic FC Wolves (4-2-4, 14 points) in Brownsville. The winners of these games will advance to the Texas Central Conference Championship Game the following weekend (location TBD).\nKickoff for Saturday’s game in Laredo versus 210 FC (6-2-2, 20 points) is set for 7:00 P.M. at PEG Energy Stadium, 5401 Bob Bullock Loop, across the Laredo International Airport.\nThe Laredo Heat U23’s (8-0-2, 26 points) placed 2nd behind FC Brownsville (8-0-2, 26 points) due to the leagues tie-breaker rules on goal differential, Brownsville had a 29-point goal differential to the Heat U23’s 22-point goal differential.\n“We are looking forward to getting on the field again, practices have been sharp, and we have been able to get several players back from injury which is crucial after a tough 10 game Fall Season”, said Heat U23 Head Coach Juan de Dios Ibarra.\nIbarra concluded, “The boys have played well and worked hard to get to this stage of the season, and they are ready to leave it all on the pitch to keep the season alive and move on to the conference championship game”.\nAdmission to the game is free and all local soccer and sports fans are invited to attend and support the club and most especially the players, most of whom are local talent.\nMatch Details:\n\nGame Day: Saturday, December 6, 2025\nKickoff: 7:00 P.M.\nStadium: PEG Energy Stadium, 5401 Bob Bullock Loop\nAdmission: Free of Charge\nAt stake: Advancement to the UPSL Fall 2025 Season Central Conference Championship Game\n\nAbout the UPSL:\nThe UPSL was founded in Santa Ana, CA in 2011, with only 10 teams.
