Every year, this festival transforms the skies above North Central Park into a vibrant canvas of kites of all shapes and sizes. From majestic dragons to playful butterflies, kids of all age groups eagerly await this spectacular event, and this year is no exception. The festivities kick off at noon and promise to keep the fun soaring until 9 p.m.
The Parks and Recreation Department can hardly contain their excitement for what's in store, promising a lineup of activities that will make your spirits soar higher than the kites themselves.
One of the festival's highlights is its accessibility. For your convenience, parkgoers can park their vehicles at the Walmart on Loop 20 and International, where transportation to the park will be provided. So, leave the worries of parking behind and focus on the thrill of the sky-high adventure awaiting you.
