LAREDO, TEXAS – The Laredo Fire Department invites the community to join us for a fun and family-friendly Halloween celebration at Sparky’s Spooky Pumpkin Patch! The event will take place on Thursday, October 30th, from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at the Fire Administration Center, located at 616 E. Del Mar Blvd., Laredo, TX 78045.
Families can look forward to an evening filled with Halloween spirit, community engagement, and exciting demonstrations. This year’s event will feature:
- Two vehicle extrication demonstrations, showcasing how firefighters safely rescue individuals from vehicles during emergencies.
- Interactive displays highlighting the vital work firefighters and paramedics perform on a daily basis.
- A costume contest with prizes (ages 3-12) for the best Halloween looks so come dressed to impress!
- Food and beverages available while supplies last.
“We’re excited to welcome the community for another year of safe, family fun,” said Fire Chief Guillermo Heard. “Events like these give us an opportunity to engage with residents outside of emergencies and show them the training, dedication, and teamwork that go into keeping Laredo safe every day.”
